QA Engineer

QA Engineer (SDET) – Up to $90k Base + Tokens + Growth Shares – EU 

Plexus is working with an established institutional blockchain company is building institutional-grade RWA yield vaults on Solana, with their own liquidity layer, fully composable with Solana DeFi.

We’re looking for a hands-on SDET who codes, builds automation frameworks, and has real-world Web3 testing experience.

This is not a manual QA lead role. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining robust automation and testing complex blockchain-based products.

Responsibilites: 

• Build and maintain automation frameworks using Java, Kotlin, or similar.

• Develop automated UI, API, integration and end-to-end tests.

• Test on-chain workflows, including wallets, transactions and smart contract interactions.

• Identify bugs, assess risks and work closely with engineers to resolve issues.

• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.

• Improve test coverage, reliability and overall product quality.

Requirements: 

• 6–10 years of QA/SDET/software engineering experience.

• Strong hands-on coding and automation experience.

• Proven experience building and maintaining test frameworks, not just executing inherited scripts.

• 1+ year of Web3/blockchain testing experience.

• Hands-on experience with wallets, transactions, smart contracts or similar on-chain flows.

• Experience with API testing, CI/CD and modern automation tools.

• Ethereum/EVM/Solana experience is a plus, but experience with any blockchain is relevant.
