Program Lead (Blockchain Education)

Program Lead (Blockchain Education) – Up to $140k – Remote (Europe/GMT-friendly)

Plexus is partnered with a global organisation advancing exponential technologies, blockchain, AI and digital public infrastructure, with over $50m in backing.

They’re now seeking a Program Lead / Head of Program to spearhead a major blockchain education initiative delivered in partnership with UN bodies and government institutions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and delivery for a multi-country blockchain education programme

• Represent the organisation with UN agencies, ministries, universities and senior government leaders

• Run workshops, policy sessions and executive briefings (virtual & in-person)

• Oversee education tracks, curricula and facilitator networks

• Manage programme roadmaps, OKRs, risks, budgets and reporting

• Lead RFI/RFP processes, vendor evaluations and procurement aligned with UN/public-sector norms

• Support pilots, scale-ups and evidence-based decision making across countries

• Produce executive briefs, case studies and partnership materials

Requirements

• Senior experience working with the UN, government bodies, diplomatic institutions or similar

• Strong stakeholder management with ministers, UN leadership and policy executives

• Proven track record in programme delivery, strategy and PMO-style management

• Experience running public-sector procurement cycles (RFI/RFP)

• Excellent communication, diplomacy and workshop facilitation skills

• Familiarity with blockchain/crypto and the ability to interpret ecosystem claims

Nice to Have

• UN/UNDP or multilateral background

• GovTech, digital public infrastructure or emerging-tech exposure

• Additional languages (Arabic, French, Spanish, Portuguese)

• $95k–$110k base ideally, with flexibility up to $130k–$140k
