We are looking for a Product (UX) Designer who is passionate for the DeFi space and has a real hunger to make an impact within an exciting start up environment.
Requirements:
- Naturally speak in metrics, experiments, and learnings without prompting.
- Naturally curious with a growth mindset and bias for action
- Ability to communicate user feedback into technical requirements
- Ability to scope clear tasks while addressing priorities, blockers, and constraints
- Experience working with complex UX flows
