Product Owner

Product Owner – $70k–$120k – Remote Plexus has partnered with an innovative tech company is building a platform at the intersection of anime IP, blockchain, and digital fandom. They’re looking for a Product Owner to lead feature development, shape product strategy, and drive delivery in a fast-paced Web3 environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals
• Own and manage the product backlog with clear, actionable user stories
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and marketing teams
• Translate complex blockchain features (wallets, smart contracts, tokenomics) into technical specs
• Ensure product compliance with regulations (KYC/AML, data privacy, etc.)
• Track KPIs and leverage data for continuous product optimization
• Research market trends to inform strategic decisions

Requirements:

• Experience as a Product Owner in blockchain, crypto, or fintech
• Strong understanding of DeFi, smart contracts, and decentralized applications
• Familiarity with tools/frameworks like Solidity, Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-driven with analytical thinking and a growth mindset

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of tokenomics, staking, and governance models
• Experience with wallets, exchanges, or DeFi protocols
• Background in data analytics or actuarial science
