Plexus has partnered with a fast-growing stablecoin and crypto infrastructure platform built for the payments industry to hire a Product Manager for Compliance & Onboarding. Founded by crypto and payments veterans and fresh off a $20M raise, they give payment companies the fastest route to bring crypto and stablecoin products to market.
The Role:
- Own KYB & KYC onboarding across clients, merchants and end customers, with flows that satisfy regulators (MiCA, FM-GwG) and convert well
- Own the compliance suite under every transaction: sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, risk scoring, fraud prevention and Travel Rule, across crypto and fiat
- Drive automation and responsible AI across compliance workflows
What they’re looking for:
- 5 to 8+ years in product management, with time on compliance, onboarding, risk or fraud products in payments, fintech or crypto
- Working knowledge of MiCA, US state MTLs, sanctions regimes and AML across fiat and crypto rails
- German language skills and Austria/EU/US regulatory exposure a strong plus but not required
