Product Manager (Bitcoin)

Product Manager | Permanent | (EMEA/APAC)

Plexus have partnered with a leading Bitcoin Wallet looking for a PM who can bring innovation and work with the CPO on current initiatives. This role is open to candidates in Europe or Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with diverse teams (engineering, design, marketing, business development) to define and prioritize product requirements.
• Utilize your creativity and technical expertise to propose unique features and functionalities that set our crypto wallet apart in the open blue ocean market, considering both user demands and technical feasibility.
• Research and analyse the evolving Bitcoin web 3 landscape to identify trends, limitations, and user pain points, driving the development of innovative and user-friendly features.
• Facilitate effective communication between the mobile engineering team and stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of requirements, feasibility, and timelines.
• Gain deep insights into user needs, competitive landscape, and enhance the wallet’s functionality, security, and usability through user-centric feature development.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the prioritization of features and aligns with overall product and company’s strategic direction, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
• Stay updated on blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance advancements to guide the strategic direction of the wallet.
• Define and measure key product metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to evaluate feature impact and inform future product decisions.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback analysis to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.

Qualifications:

• 3-7 years of Product Management with prior experience of Web 3 and Crypto.
• PM experience, with previous engineering experience being a bonus.
• Understanding of the Bitcoin and wider crypto landscape, staying up to date with current trends.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation skills, with the ability to think outside the box and come up with novel solutions to challenges in the crypto/web 3 industry.
• Great written and verbal communication in English.
• Knowledge of Stacks blockchain and the Clarity smart contract language a plus.
