Product Manager

Product Manager, Payments AUD $200k base + equity | Remote | Australia or New Zealand

A growing financial technology company is building infrastructure that connects traditional payment systems with digital asset rails. The business is looking for an experienced payments product specialist to own execution across account-to-account payments, point-of-sale integrations, mobile payments and new financial products. This is a hands-on individual contributor role working closely with senior leadership and engineering. You will have significant ownership over the roadmap and how products are delivered.

Responsibilities:

• Design endto-end payment flows across account-to-account, point-of-sale and mobile payment system
• Translate payment architecture into clear product requirements
• Own the roadmap for new payment products and integrations
• Work with engineering to scope, prioritise and ship features
• Develop products across crossborder payments, merchant services and digital settlement
• Present solutions to senior commercial and institutional stakeholders
• Make independent product decisions in a fastmoving environment

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in accountto-account payments and payment infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of faster payments, pointof-sale and mobile payments
• Product experience translating payment flows into buildable solutions
• Experience within payments, fintech or digital assets
• Understanding of how digital assets connect with traditional payment rails
• Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Comfortable operating independently within an earlystage business

Nice to have:

• Experience with institutional payment products
• Experience integrating with banks, exchanges or payment providers
• Knowledge of remittances, FX, merchant acquiring or stablecoins
