Product Designer - Defi / DEX

Product Designer – Up to $170k USD – Remote (EU / US Timezones)

Company Blurb: We’re building a next-generation perpetual DEX on Solana, focused on speed, capital efficiency, and a best-in-class trading experience. Our team combines deep DeFi, trading, and product expertise to push the boundaries of onchain derivatives.

Role: We’re looking for a Product Designer to own and elevate the end-to-end user experience of our perp DEX. You’ll play a key role in shaping how traders interact with our platform—from first-time onboarding to advanced trading workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, high-performance interfaces for a perpetual trading platform
• Own the full design lifecycle: research, wireframing, prototyping, and final UI
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ship features fast
• Optimize complex trading UX (order types, positions, risk management, charts)
• Conduct user research and gather feedback from real traders and power users
• Maintain and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
• Balance usability with the needs of advanced, high-frequency users

Requirements:

• 3+ years of product design experience (preferably in fintech, trading, or DeFi)
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex, data-heavy interfaces
• Deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design
• Experience designing for web apps (mobile is a plus)
• Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or trading platforms (CEX or DEX)
• Proficiency in tools like Figma and prototyping tools
• Ability to work in EU or US timezones
