Product Designer – $80k–$100k + Equity – Remote

Plexus have partnered up with a fast-moving Web3 startup building the world’s most intuitive savings platform, starting with high-yield stablecoin savings on mobile. Their mission is to simplify onchain finance — abstracting away fragmented protocols, dynamic rates, and complex vaults into a clean, one-click experience. Fully non-custodial and powered by smart wallets and TEE permissions, they’re helping move the world’s capital onchain.

They’re looking for a Product Designer to own and evolve the entire design surface — product, brand, motion, and beyond. You’ll work closely with founders to bring intuitive, elegant savings to life.

Responsibilities:

• Overhaul and maintain a scalable design system across mobile and web

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity screens for new features

• Create static and motion assets for social, email, and growth campaigns

• Conduct user interviews and shape product UX from research to rollout

Requirements:

• 2+ years designing consumer-facing digital products (ideally mobile-first)

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and video/motion tools (Premiere, After Effects)

• Strong design instincts with a clear personal aesthetic and POV

• Bonus: creative projects outside of work and fluency in online culture
