Product designer

Plexus has partnered with a top perp DEX built by an ex-Revolut team, offering perpetual contracts on crypto and TradFi assets with USDC collateral and up to 100x leverage. The team is expanding into cross-asset-collateral unified margin, spot markets and an integrated lending layer. As our Product Designer, you will own end-to-end design and shape key user journeys across trading, on boarding and margin systems.

Responsibilities

• Improve on boarding and trading flows using user insights

• Benchmark top exchanges and DeFi UX patterns

• Turn product priorities into clear UX flows

• Prototype and test quickly to validate ideas

Requirements

• 4+ years in UX/UI for complex products (fintech, trading or consumer apps)

• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking

• Ability to drive design decisions independently

• Experience maintaining responsive UI kits
