Overview:

We’re looking for a Principal Software Engineer to own technical direction, ship fast, and help scale core architecture from zero to production. This role suits someone who thrives in startup chaos, hands-on, decisive, and driven to build.  

Responsibilities:

• Lead technical direction and architecture on Hyperliquid-based infrastructure.

• Write production-grade code and guide a small, high-performing team.

• Balance speed with scalability, security, and reliability.

• Collaborate closely with founders and product to deliver quickly and iterate fast.  

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ in startups or high-velocity teams.

• Strong backend or distributed systems experience (Rust, Go, TypeScript, or Python).

• Bonus: experience in DeFi, trading systems, or crypto infrastructure.
