Portfolio Manager

A leading quant firm is hiring a senior quant to lead its structured product function.

This senior/staff-level role owns the strategy, risk management, and growth of a portfolio of investment products, with the opportunity to build and lead a team over time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise capital allocation – liquidity, leverage, and cross-protocol positioning
• Lead risk management across existing strategies and products
• Diligence new digital assets and design structured products to incorporate them

Requirements

• Background in traditional finance, such as structured products, fixed income, credit portfolio management, or asset management
• Genuine interest in applying that experience to DeFi and on-chain markets
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment with the creativity to structure novel products
• Willingness to stay hands-on technically rather than purely delegating
