Rust Engineer

Plexus has teamed up with a VC who are focused on crypto and open finance, investing in early-stage companies and liquid markets to support open and permissionless technologies.

They have successfully built out their crypto prop trading team and are taking the space by storm on both Cefi & Defi, but are now in need of a Performance Engineer to join this growing team.

Requirements:

• Strong Rust skills and experience building high-performance systems (e.g. gaming, HPC, robotics).
• Proficient in profiling, debugging, and optimizing low-latency code.
• Solid grasp of systems architecture, concurrency, and networking.
• Bonus: basic stats or finance knowledge.
• Passionate about performance and efficiency
• Fully Remote employee

We are open to people based anywhere but must be able to overlap with US Comp is $200-180k + highly competitive bonus
