About the Role

The company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in CRM, paid media, and data-driven growth strategies. This individual will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of optimizing large-scale budgets and leveraging analytics to enhance campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-channel paid marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, display, and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home).

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI.

  • Oversee media buying and collaborate with external agencies and vendors for DOOH and programmatic display placements.

  • Continuously test and iterate ad creatives to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

  • Set up, track, and analyze performance metrics across the full sales and marketing funnel.

  • Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and ad creatives to optimize user acquisition.

  • Develop audience segmentation strategies to refine targeting and improve cost-efficiency.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, CRM, and paid media.

  • Proven success in managing and optimizing ad budgets exceeding $100K for fintech, crypto, or tech brands.

  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic DSPs.

  • Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution models, and web analytics.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker, or similar tools.

  • Experience managing DOOH campaigns and understanding their impact on digital marketing.

  • Proficient in project management and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com.

  • Passion for fintech, crypto, or emerging technologies.

  • Must be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in high-growth tech startups.

  • Deep knowledge of conversion tracking, marketing automation, and audience segmentation.

  • Familiarity with blockchain, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance trends.
