About the Role
The company is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in CRM, paid media, and data-driven growth strategies. This individual will develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of optimizing large-scale budgets and leveraging analytics to enhance campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-channel paid marketing strategy across Google Ads, Meta, X/Twitter, Reddit, YouTube, display, and DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home).

Manage and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI.

Oversee media buying and collaborate with external agencies and vendors for DOOH and programmatic display placements.

Continuously test and iterate ad creatives to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Set up, track, and analyze performance metrics across the full sales and marketing funnel.

Conduct A/B testing for landing pages and ad creatives to optimize user acquisition.

Develop audience segmentation strategies to refine targeting and improve cost-efficiency.

Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising technologies.
Required Skills & Experience

4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, CRM, and paid media.

Proven success in managing and optimizing ad budgets exceeding $100K for fintech, crypto, or tech brands.

Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Twitter Ads, Reddit Ads, and programmatic DSPs.

Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, attribution models, and web analytics.

Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, Looker, or similar tools.

Experience managing DOOH campaigns and understanding their impact on digital marketing.

Proficient in project management and CRM tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com.

Must be based in New York, NY or San Francisco, CA.
