OTC Sales ( Spot & Derivatives)

Overview

We are hiring an experienced OTC Sales Professional to drive institutional crypto flow across spot and derivatives.

This is a revenue-generating role for a commercially sharp individual with an existing client network and a proven ability to grow volumes and PnL.

What You’ll Do

• Grow and manage a portfolio of institutional crypto clients

• Bring and expand an existing client book

• Drive OTC flow across spot and options

• Support distribution of vanilla options and structured solutions

• Provide market color, volatility insights, and execution support

• Increase annual trading volumes and revenue contribution

Ideal Profile

Experience

• 3–10 years preferred (5+ considered if strong track record)

• Background at crypto market makers, OTC desks, or competitors

• Demonstrated ability to grow a client book

• Proven revenue generation

Asset Focus

• Primary: Crypto (spot + derivatives)

• Strong preference for options flow experience

• Stablecoin business exposure a plus

Track Record

• Annual trading volumes in the $100m–$1bn+ range

• Demonstrated PnL generation ($1m+; higher targets expected)

• Ability to bring a portable or semi-portable book
