Operations Analyst

Job Title: Operations Analyst, competitive salary 

Plexus has partnered with an a16z and Circle backed digital asset platform working across stable coins, FX, and crypto products. As trading volumes and clients increase, they are building a reliable ops function to support settlements and workflows across banks, custodians, and Crypto venues. They are now looking to hire a Operations Analyst to join their growing team!

Requirements:

• based in the US or South America
• previous trade tracking and settlement experience within FX, Securities or Equities
• No Prior Crypto experience needed!

Responsibilities: 

• Track and reconcile trades, settlements, and on/off-ramps.
• Coordinate with traders, banks, custodians, and crypto venues.
• Handle client onboarding, wallet setup, and account access.
• Support client queries and keep workflows organized.
