Mobile Developer (Flutter) – Remote – Global (EST Preference) – Up to $200k Base

Plexus are working with a decentralized financial platform on a blockchain that lets people trade global financial markets directly from their own wallets without going through traditional brokers. Rather than owning stocks, currencies, commodities, or crypto outright, users can take leveraged positions on price movements using smart contracts.

They are looking for a Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to build their native mobile trading experience from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in delivering a fast, secure, and intuitive onchain trading experience across iOS and Android.

Responsibilities:

Build high-performance, cross-platform mobile applications with native-tier UX using Flutter.
Design and maintain scalable, testable codebases using Clean Architecture and feature-first patterns.
Implement robust state management using BLoC.
Integrate mobile-first Web3 tooling such as WalletConnect, Reown AppKit, or Privy for seamless wallet connectivity.

Requirements

Strong experience with Flutter 3.x and Dart
Production experience using BLoC for state management
Proven track record working with Clean Architecture / Feature-First patterns
Experience integrating Web3 using web3dart, eth_sig_util, or similar Ethereum Dart libraries
