Marketing Manager

Plexus have partnered with a world-first Prop Trading firm native to Solana who have gained massive traction after only a couple months of joining X. With a waitlist of 80k+ signups and growing they are looking for a Marketing Manager to help propel their ecosystem as they launch.

Responsibilities •    Managing collaboration between the Email Marketing team, Google Ads team, and Meta Ads team •    Ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and that all activity remains consistent with the company brand and strategy •    Collecting and reviewing performance reports from each marketing channel, approving campaigns where necessary.  •    Reporting key insights and results back to senior leadership. •    Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance, increase user acquisition, and strengthen market position

Requirements •    Minimum 3+ years experience in marketing roles in a Crypto/TradFi/FinTech/Trading/Prop Trading setting. •    Experience running Marketing campaigns and coordinating between other marketing professionals and leadership. •    Hands-on experience running paid ads (e.g. google, meta) •    Strong organisational and communication skills. •    A strong, demonstrable interest in Crypto.
