Marketing Lead – L1 Blockchain – Europe (Remote) or Paris (Hybrid)

Plexus are working with an emerging EU based L1 Blockchain focused on utilizing cryptographic proofs to ensure high-throughput and identity abstraction. They are looking for a Marketing Lead to lead GTM + Product Marketing Strategy for their upcoming dApp suite. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Work alongside current Head of Content to strategize and optimize consistent brand voice, tone and narrative
• Lead GTM and Product Marketing efforts across the L1 ecosystem and associated dApps
• Work cross-functionally across the wider team to remain consistency in brand identity across the ecosystem

Requirements

• Must have experience managing GTM/Product marketing strategy for a Fintech, Financial or Blockchain-related product to significant adoption/product-market-fit
• Preference for a Web3-native background, L1, L2 or dApp focused
• 4-6 years (maximum) experience leading and developing marketing strategies

• Based in Paris (or wider France), French-speaking
• Direct L1 Blockchain marketing experience
• Experience scaling small marketing functions 01, utilizing freelancer or agency support
