Marketing Lead

Marketing Lead (Solana) – North America/Europe Remote – Up to $200k USD

Plexus are working with a Solana based DEX and trading platform, centred around growing Web3 Meme Culture economies with attractive leverage + APR rates.

With over $1bn ATV, they are looking for a Marketing Lead to join their growing team.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, developing and executing content + social media pipelines, developing co-marketing initiatives and growing brand awareness
• Growing communities of traders + users, educating and guiding on the memecoin and Web3 social economy
• Work cross-functionally with product, tech and leadership teams to promote overall user acquisition and retention

Requirements

• Must be from a DeFi-Native Marketing background (Protocol, DEX or similar relevant product/platform)
• SOLnative, expert understanding of SOL ecosystem, professional experience with a Solana-based project preferred
• Professional experience managing a Web3focused social media account to significant growth status
