Marketing Lead – Up to $100k – Global Remote

Plexus has partnered with a pioneering scientific research blockchain foundation that’s mission is to advance the adoption of emerging tech (Blockchain, AI and Quantum).

They are looking for a Marketing Lead to head up one of their projects that is focused around risk analytics for crypto. As Marketing Lead – you will lead growth marketing initiatives, drive brand awareness, and develop strategies to position the company as a thought leader in blockchain intelligence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies for brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Content Leadership: Oversee content marketing, including blogs, reports, social media, and industry publications.
• Digital Marketing: Manage website performance, SEO, paid campaigns, and analytics to optimize conversions.
• Lead Nurturing: Implement CRM, email marketing, and automation workflows to improve engagement.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with product, research, and sales teams to support go-to-market strategies.
• Industry Positioning: Identify emerging trends in blockchain and Web3 to enhance brand credibility.
• Partnerships & Growth: Build strategic collaborations and influencer marketing campaigns.
• Performance Analytics: Track and analyze marketing data to drive continuous optimization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in growth marketing within blockchain, Web3, Fintech, or emerging technologies.
• B2B / Product Marketing Background required
• Proven expertise in content marketing, brand positioning, and thought leadership.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation, SEO, and digital strategy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
