Marketing Lead

Marketing/Community Lead DeFi Fully Remote (Europe/the Americas) Up to $250k USD/annum + equity

Plexus have partnered with an innovative derivatives start-up who are enabling a more decentralised approach to a traditionally centralised product. They are now seeking a Marketing Lead to build out their marketing function and strategy, working hard to boost the company’s platform.

Requirements:

• Strong experience driving organic growth in a DeFi or Crypto start-up
• Extensive experience growing and moderating social media communications
• Strong knowledge of the crypto/DeFi ecosystem
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute the Go-To-Market, and other marketing strategies
• Grow and moderate a community of users on a variety of social media platforms including Discord, Twitter, Telegram, etc.
• Work closely alongside the CEO/Founder to make and implement key decisions
