Marketing Lead – Private Credit/Crypto Lending – Europe (Remote)

Plexus are working with a decentralised credit and lending platform who are at the forefront of credit and lending infrastructure in the web3 space. They have an established product, strong team and great backing by some of the biggest names in this space!

They are currently looking for a Marketing Lead to found and grow their in-house marketing function. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Marketing Strategy across the product offering and brand identity
• Engage with and grow decentralized communities, streamlining communications and strengthening brand awareness and adoption
• Focus around PR, Comms, Social Media and Brand strategy

Requirements

• Must be from a Web3-Native marketing background, preferably within a decentralized protocol
• Experienced growing and building Web3 communities for 2+ years
• Experienced with building out small and streamlined in-house marketing teams, manage marketing agencies/outsourced work, contribute hands-on to content building and publishing

Bonus Attributes

• Academic background in Marketing, Creative Writing or Financial Services
• Prior experienced within the decentralized lending space
• Prior experience within a credit analytics platform
