Market Making Trader - Digital assets

Plexus have partnered with a cutting edge trading firm who offer spot, derivatives and structured products.

With offices is London, Mexico and the US, we are looking for a Market Making Trader to sit in the London office and perform the following:

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of digital asset markets as well as high-frequency trading, arbitrage, or market-making strategies
• Strong understanding of PostgreSQL and Clickhouse
• Knowledge of smart contracts and DeFi protocols is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Research and implement market-making strategies for both DEXs and CEXs
• Monitor and mitigate execution, market, and counterparty risks
• Provide reports and insights to internal teams and external stakeholders

This is an on-site/hybrid role based in London
