Low-Latency Rust Engineer

Rust Engineer High Frequency Trading (HFT) Up to $175K + equity Hybrid for London, remote for outside of London   Plexus have teamed up with a leading trading firm building a market-leading HFT platform. They are looking for a Rust Engineer to design, implement, and maintain critical systems powering their trading operations.    Requirements:

• Expert in Rust, C, C++, or Go.
• Building low latency/ high performance systems is a must.
• Web3 experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong expertise in concurrent and lock-free programming.
• Based in UK/Europe (UK candidates preferred).

• Develop low latency trading systems
• Build robust market microstructure processing functions
• Build efficient tracing and monitoring systems
