LOW LATENCY ENGINEER 

Plexus is partnered with a high-performance DeFi team building real-time, on-chain trading infrastructure at the intersection of low-latency systems and market structure.

Overview: Looking for a strong Rust engineer to take ownership of event-driven, low-latency systems – working closely with a small, highly technical team building core trading infrastructure.

What matters:

  • Experience building DEX / perp infrastructure (not quant trading).
  • Strong Rust + low-latency systems experience.
  • Solid understanding of derivatives / trading systems.
  • Comfortable in small, high-ownership teams.
  • Kubernetes / production infra exposure.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Disruptor-style / ultra-low-latency architectures.
  • Familiarity with on-chain / off-chain infra.
