Role:

We’re looking for a Senior/Lead Rust Engineer to lead backend architecture and smart contract integration. You’ll work closely with the founder and core team to ship high-performance, blockchain-powered systems.

Responsibilities:

Design and build backend systems in Rust

Integrate APIs and blockchain infrastructure (Solana + EVM)

Own project delivery from planning to production

Guide technical decisions and mentor engineers

Requirements:

5+ years of Rust experience in production systems

4+ years working with blockchain and smart contracts

Deep understanding of backend/API architecture

Proven leadership and ability to deliver end-to-end
