Lead Frontend Developer – €60- €80k + Stock Options – Remote (French-Speaking)

Plexus is partnered with an innovative Web3 data and analytics company to hire a Lead Frontend Developer who will own the frontend architecture, drive engineering quality, and help guide the product into its next Web3-native phase.

The company builds visual tools that simplify blockchain investigation, support DeFi teams, and help users detect fraud and understand on-chain activity. They are well-funded, revenue-generating, and moving toward profitability.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead frontend architecture and code quality initiatives.

• Develop robust features using React + TypeScript.

• Mentor the existing frontend engineer and collaborate with backend/data teams.

• Deliver features autonomously, even when design inputs are minimal.

• Contribute to Web3 integrations

• Participate in architectural discussions, demos, and pair programming.

Requirements

• Strong experience building complex applications using React/TypeScript.

• Track record of improving engineering quality (Clean Architecture, SOLID, DDD, TDD).

• Comfortable operating in a small team without a dedicated designer or product owner.

• Genuine interest and practical familiarity with Web3 and DeFi.

• Fluent in French.

• Willing to travel to Paris once per month.
