Senior Community Manager Web3 Infrastructure / Blockchain Fully Remote
Plexus are working with a Web3-focused infrastructure and solutions provider who have recently included Blockchain services into their tool suite.
They are looking for a Senior Community Manager to lead community engagement efforts on the Korean market.
Requirements
- 1+ years’ experience Community Management, ideally in the Web3 space
- Proven experience executing comprehensive marketing strategies (paid, owned, earned)
- Experience hosting events such as AMAs
- Extensive Web3 knowledge, particularly in the Blockchain, Defi/Crypto or fintech space
- Fluent in Korean and English, writing and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Development of strategies to grow the company’s community on Discord and increase user engagement
- Creation and management of community programs
- Track community metrics and growth
- Foster a strong community culture, driving user participation
