Job Title: KOL Lead Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 Location: Remote (Europe-based); London preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Lead the agency’s influencer strategy, aligning campaigns with client goals.

• Map key influencers across Web3 sectors like DeFi and infrastructure.

• Find, recruit, and manage KOLs across platforms like Twitter, YouTube, and Telegram.

• Vet and onboard new KOLs, ensuring authenticity and strong engagement.

• Build solid relationships with Web3 influencers through regular engagement.

• Create tailored campaign strategies that meet each client’s needs.

• Manage KOL operations, including communications, contracts, and budgets.

• Track performance and suggest improvements for future campaigns.

• Stay updated on Web3 trends to spot new opportunities.

• Develop processes and playbooks to scale the KOL team.

Requirements

• 3+ years in influencer marketing, partnerships, or community management (ideally in Web3 or tech).

• Proven experience running successful influencer campaigns.

• Strong understanding of Web3 culture and technical concepts.

• Established Web3 network.

• Experience building processes to grow teams.

• Must be able to work UK business hours.
