Junior Business Development Manager

Plexus have partnered with the next generation liquidity infrastructure company which ensures liquidity is available exactly when and where it is needed, all through a singular API. Creating a frictionless experience for all DeFi participants involved.   We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Business Development Manager to join the team to play a pivotal role in driving growth and identifying new business opportunities and forging strategic partnerships.   Key Requirements:

• Proactively identify and assess new business opportunities to expand the teams market presence and drive revenue growth
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders including DeFi protocols, dApp developers, financial institutions and other relevant industry players.
• Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, including negotiations and contract management
• Proven track record of growth and KPI’s being reached
