Trader / Portfolio Manager (DeFi)

We’re partnering with a well-funded, venture-backed fintech building institutional-grade stablecoin and yield products at the intersection of DeFi and traditional finance.

As a Trader / Portfolio Manager (DeFi), you’ll lead DeFi portfolio strategy, identify yield opportunities, and help shape the firm’s on-chain investment products.

What they’re looking for

• 3 – 5 years’ experience in crypto markets

• Proven track record managing successful crypto portfolios

• Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, trading strategies, and digital asset markets

• Experience working with hedge funds, crypto funds, or investment management firms

• US-based (EST preferred)

Nice to have

• Yield generation and optimisation experience

• Experience working on staking products

• Product management experience

• Stablecoin ecosystem knowledge
