Institutional Sales Lead DeFi EU timezone – Remote / Hybrid (Paris) €80k-€120k base + tokens + equity
Plexus is partnered with a decentralised protocol making restaking accessible to all. The protocol is designed to offer permissionless deployment of custom restaking strategies.
With a recent pre-seed raise of $4million, they are seeking an Institutional Sales Lead to join the team and drive TVL of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Co-develop and refine the company’s TVL growth & GTM strategy
- Identify high-value liquidity providers, investors as well as GTM partners (Institutions, Staking services, L2s)
- Establish and nurture connections with major players in institutional crypto and fintech, including liquidity providers, strategic partners, and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Institutional sales
- Expertise in Capital raising
- Experience in TradFi, Crypto or Fintech (Bonus if more then 1)
- Strong understanding of the requirements and nuances of institutional client types
- Deep understanding of Blockchain technology, ideally staking and restaking
