Plexus are working with an emerging leader in Bitcoin based digital currency, furthering opportunities for yields and staking across the BTC ecosystem. They are looking for an Institutional Sales Lead to increase TVL & Liquidity.
Responsibilities:
Institutional Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard institutional clients to promote and drive the adoption of USDh. Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and adoption goals, utilizing market insights and client feedback. Liquidity Development: Enhance USDh liquidity on DeFi platforms, attracting a diverse range of users and liquidity providers. Partnership Development: Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships with liquidity providers and exchanges to support company objectives. Market Expansion: Focus on reaching potential customers interested in stablecoin investments, increasing awareness and adoption of USDh. Growth Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators, report on partnership achievements, and refine strategies based on market trends. Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives and compliance requirements are met.
Qualifacations:
Institutional Sales Expertise: Proven experience in institutional sales, client management, or business development within the crypto or fintech sectors. Robust Network: Established connections with institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and exchanges. Crypto Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Bitcoin, DeFi, and broader cryptocurrency markets. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional skills in communication, presentation, and negotiation. Strategic Sales Capability: Ability to independently create and implement sales strategies while working collaboratively across time zones. Self-Driven: Highly motivated and capable of working independently, particularly during US business hours.
