Institutional BD Lead | Remote | Global

We are seeking a Senior Institutional BD Lead to drive capital formation for our suite of curated on-chain vault strategies. This is a quota-carrying, relationship-driven role tasked with building and converting a high-quality pipeline of sophisticated allocators including family offices, hedge funds, crypto-native and crossover VCs, RIAs, and HNWIs into committed capital.

Key Responsibilities

• Pipeline & Origination: Identify, target, and open relationships with institutional LPs. Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed commitment.

• The Pitch & Diligence: Master our vault strategies (return drivers, risk frameworks, fee structures) and translate them into allocator-grade narratives. Lead the end-to-end diligence and on-chain onboarding processes.

• Relationship Management: Act as the trusted point of contact for existing LPs, providing proactive performance updates and securing ongoing re-allocations.

• Market Presence: Represent the company at major industry conferences, roadshows, and via high-level outbound networking.

• Product Feedback: Bring investor insights, structural requests, and competitive intelligence back to product and strategy teams to refine our offerings.

What You Bring

• Experience: 5+ years in institutional capital raising, investor relations, or BD at a fund, asset manager, placement agent, or prime broker.

• Network: An existing, genuine network of institutional allocators with the credibility to secure meetings with key decision-makers.

• Financial Fluency: Deep understanding of portfolio construction, risk-adjusted returns, fee structures, and fund/vault mechanics.

• Crypto/DeFi Literacy: A strong working knowledge of digital assets, on-chain vaults, and how decentralized strategies generate yield and manage risk.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to command a room with CIOs and quantitative analysts alike.

• Tools & Compliance (Plus): Experience navigating KYC/AML, digital asset compliance, custody solutions, and CRM pipeline tools.
