Information Security Manager

We’re hiring an Information Security Manager to own security end-to-end at a fast-growing, regulated on-chain finance platform. You’ll build the function from the ground up with full authority and direct leadership backing.

The job

• Own security strategy, roadmap, and risk posture across the company
• Identify, prioritise, and drive remediation of risks
• Set security policies, standards, and secure SDLC practices with Engineering/DevOps (cloud, APIs, data flows)
• Run incident response start to finish
• Manage compliance programmes: financial regulation, GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001
• Lead audits and deal directly with regulators
• Report security risk to leadership in plain business terms
• Build a genuine security culture across the team

You’ll need

• 5+ years in infosec with real programme ownership
• Regulated finance background (fintech, banking, or payments); crypto/Web3 a big plus
• Strong cloud, app, and data security skills
• Hands-on with PCI DSS and ISO 27001 audits
• CISSP, CISM, or CCSP welcome
• Clear communicator, comfortable with both engineers and execs
