Plexus is working with a cutting-edge blockchain gaming infrastructure provider that’s rapidly scaling across global markets. They’re seeking a Head of Sales to lead commercial strategy, build a high-performing sales function, and drive significant revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute a go-to-market plan aligned with growth objectives

Build, coach, and oversee a world-class B2B sales team

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to deal closure

Foster a performance-driven culture with a strong customer success focus

Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales with marketing, product, and operations
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in a senior sales role within B2B tech, infrastructure, or SaaS

Experience scaling sales teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Deep understanding of solution-based selling and cloud technologies

Proven leadership ability with strong analytical and communication skills

Comfortable setting KPIs and reporting on revenue performance to leadership
