Head of Risk

Plexus has partnered with a top crypto project building secure multisig wallets and smart account infrastructure for teams and protocols on Solana who are looking for a Head of Risk to lead and scale our risk management function — starting with fraud prevention and expanding into operational, counterparty, and market risk.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement fraud detection systems.

• Build risk scoring and automated controls with engineering.

• Define ownership, KRIs, and incident processes.

• Embed risk thinking across product and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in risk, fraud, or compliance (fintech/crypto preferred).

• Experience building risk systems from scratch.

• Strong analytical, technical, and communication skills.

• Knowledge of blockchain and on-chain risk signals.
