Head of Risk

Plexus has partnered with a leading Solana-based lending protocol, building a reimagined liquidity and yield foundation. They leverage next-gen risk systems optimized for Solana’s speed and offer a redesigned user experience to a decentralised income management.   They are looking for a Head of Risk to join a high-velocity team to contribute to an evolving open-source codebase, driving secure, user-friendly financial products on Solana.     Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills with experience in risk modelling or financial engineering.
• Prior experience in risk management, ideally within trading, DeFi, or financial markets.
• Expertise in statistical analysis, quantitative modelling, and algorithmic risk assessment.
• Passion for decentralized technologies and open-source development.
