Salary: 130-160k CHF

Location: Basel/Zurich (hybrid)

As pioneers in Sovereign AI Cloud Solutions, our clients empower business professionals to independently create, deploy, and scale AI-driven, agentic solutions without relying on IT teams, supported by our robust SDK for building and customizing AI agents.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the QA team
• Approve new product releases. Target fully automated.
• Collaborate with cross-functionable teams to understand testing needs and design test strategies
• Design, implement and maintain tests using test automation frameworks
• Work with the product teams and developers to identity and resolve defects and improve testing process
• Own definition and implementation of quality metrics

Requirements:

• 6+ years as a QA engineer or Software developer in test, with a focus on test automation
• Experience in test automation frameworks, both backend and frontend.
• Good coaching and mentoring skills
• Speaks both German and English (preferred)
• AI experience.
• Ideally working from our office in Basel but home-office is possible.
