Head Of Product – NY Based (Onsite) – Up to $250k Base + Equity 

Plexus is working with a web-based financial terminal delivering real-time market data, news, and analytics through a fast, command-driven interface used by traders, analysts, and investors.

They are building a next-generation institutional-grade terminal for the web, designed for speed, depth, and usability.

We’re looking for a Head of Product to own the product vision end-to-end and build a category-defining experience for modern financial professionals.

Responsibilites: 

• Defining the product from the ground up
• You will work closely with engineering, design, and leadership to ship a high-performance product used daily by sophisticated market participants.

• Develop a clear vision for the future of web-based financial terminals

• Translate market needs (traders, PMs, analysts) into high-leverage product decisions

• Identify opportunities in fixed income, equities, and multi-asset workflows

Requirements: 

• Strong product experience building complex, technical products

• Deep understanding of financial markets (especially fixed income is a plus)

• Experience designing for power users / professional tools

• Highly opinionated with strong product instincts

• Ability to operate 0 to 1 and scale phases  

Nice-to-Haves:

• Background in:Trading platforms, Financial terminals or Hedge funds / quant firms 

• Ability to code or prototype

• Strong sense of web design and interaction design

• Experience improving portfolio management workflows
