Head of Operations: 

Company Overview Plexus have partnered with an innovative, dynamic, VC-backed DeFi start-up  based in Central New York.

Role Overview: Plexus are seeking a highly motivated Operations Lead/ Head of Ops to join the team. This is a high-priority position for a detail-oriented individual eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of operational excellence within our organization. The role offers hands-on mentorship and opportunities for significant growth.  

Requirements: 

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Central New York.
