Marketing Lead – $60K – $90K + Tokens – Global Remote

As a Marketing Lead, you will own and execute growth strategies, build strategic partnerships, and drive brand awareness in the intersection of Real World Assets (RWA) and Decentralized Finance (DeFi).

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Growth: Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive engagement and user acquisition across crypto and traditional real estate markets.
• Content & Brand Positioning: Create high-impact marketing collateral, including social media content, blog posts, newsletters.
• Partnerships & Outreach: Identify and negotiate partnerships with crypto projects, exchanges, real estate firms, and tokenization platforms.
• Events & Thought Leadership: Organize AMAs, industry events, and networking initiatives to boost brand visibility.
• Market Research & Optimization: Implement data-driven experimentation to refine marketing strategies and enhance community-building efforts.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years in marketing, with 2+ years in crypto/Web3 leading marketing for a startup or tokenization platform.
• Strategic & Hands-On: Ability to build, execute, and scale a marketing roadmap from scratch.
• Web3 & Tokenization Expertise: Understanding of RWA, DeFi, token launches, airdrops, and community engagement strategies.
• Creative & Data-Driven: Strong ability to experiment, iterate, and optimize based on analytics.
• Strong Communicator: Proven experience in crafting compelling narratives and simplifying complex blockchain and real estate concepts.
• Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Experience in real estate tokenization or telecom infrastructure is a plus.
