Head of Legal – (Europe / Remote-Flexible)

Plexus has partnered with a fast-growing fintech building institutional-grade infrastructure for digital asset investment products. They’re bridging traditional capital markets with blockchain technology, enabling compliant, secure, and scalable access to tokenised investments.

They’re now looking for an experienced Head of Legal to lead all regulatory, legal, and product structuring efforts across multiple jurisdictions. This is the first legal hire, a senior role with significant influence on the company’s strategic direction.

Requirements:

• 7–12 years in capital markets, structured finance, or securitisation (law firm or in-house)

• Strong understanding of EU securities law, investment structuring, and multi-jurisdictional regulation

• Experience with tokenisation, digital assets, or structured financial products

• Familiarity with MiCA, FATF standards, and international compliance frameworks

• Eligible to serve as a director for regulated entities

• Lead all legal & structuring strategy across Europe and beyond

• Oversee offering docs, regulatory filings, and external counsel relationships

• Design compliant issuance structures and governance frameworks

• Direct collaboration with founders, high autonomy, high impact

• Fully remote / flexible within Europe
