Head of Investor Relations

Plexus have partnered with an extremely well funded decentralized blockchain platform built to integrate with DeFi applications and services. They’re on the search for a head of investor relations to own the development of their investor materials. 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Investor Communication

• Develop compelling narratives and visual materials that clearly articulate the token’s function within its native blockchain ecosystem and the broader digital asset landscape.

• Own the creation of core investor collateral: pitch decks, token updates, ecosystem reports, and investor FAQs.

• Ensure consistent, clear, and compliant messaging across all channels targeting institutional audiences.

Investor Relations & Capital Engagement

• Lead global investor outreach, including roadshows, virtual briefings, and direct 1:1 engagements with both traditional and crypto-native allocators.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with venture funds, hedge funds, family offices, and other institutional capital providers.

• Collaborate with business development and ecosystem teams to connect capital activity with project growth and partner strategy.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

• Track token performance, investor sentiment, and developments in the regulatory and competitive Layer 1 landscape.

• Provide timely insights to the leadership team to support refinement of token positioning, incentive structures, and GTM strategies.

Internal Collaboration & Strategic Feedback

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—Legal, Marketing, Product, and Ecosystem—to ensure aligned and compliant external communication.

• Channel investor feedback and market intelligence back into strategic planning and operational execution.

Requirements:

• Experience at a Top L1.
• Top TradFi background.
• At least 7 years experience.
