Plexus are working with a consumer AI tech firm based in America, supporting users with Agentic AI that can gather, assess and deliver AI-sourced information and resources with the support of their onchain token.

They are currently looking for a Head of Growth Marketing to scale user acquisition and retention for the platform. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for Growth (user acquisition, user retention, GTM and Growth marketing strategy, developer adoption)
• Drive brand adoption + visibility, producing cohesive marketing materials to support campaigns, launches, events and public relations
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Growth, Business Development and Tech teams

Requirements

• Must be from a Web3 or AI-Native background, with direct experience scaling user bases for a consumer-focused application
• Experienced building growth strategies, marketing campaigns, deploying go-to-market resources
• Background in ecosystem growth, content marketing, comms and PR for tech-first brands
