Head of Growth – Appchain Rollup Framework – US/EU (remote)

Plexus is collaborating with a company that empowers developers to launch their own custom blockchains—known as appchains—on Ethereum. Backed by A16z and other notable contributors + VCs, their new product focuses on unlocking joint scalability and composability for based appchains.

They’re actively looking for a talented Growth Marketer to lead their expanding growth function and help shape the future of blockchain infrastructure. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead Growth/Ecosystem Marketing for the entire brand, promoting user/developer growth
• Work in conjunction with BD & Partnerships specialists to support brand partnerships, protocol activations and comarketing campaigns
• Support the business and represent them at events, (URL + IRL), spaces and thought-leadership platforms

Requirements

• Must be from a DeFi native background, either protocol, infrastructure or tooling related
• Experienced working with early-stage teams in the web3 space, scaling developer ecosystems
• In-depth understanding of rollups, DeFi and the general EVM ecosystem
