Head of Business Development / Head of Growth Remote
A pioneering blockchain company is seeking a Head of Business Development / Head of Growth to drive strategic partnerships and adoption of its Prover Network and ZK Coprocessor products. Reporting to the CEO, this role will expand the ecosystem and scale engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as the first point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships.

Expand the ecosystem through strategic outreach and partnerships.

Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

Maintain customer support and relay feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

Track and analyze pipelines using CRM tools (HubSpot).
Who You Are

2-3+ years in business development/growth roles within Web3.

Strong understanding of blockchain technology and community dynamics.

Experience closing deals via Web3 channels (e.g., Telegram, Twitter, conferences).

Prior experience organizing online and offline events is a plus.

Self-starter in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Results-driven with strong ownership.
