Head of Finance

Head of Finance – CEX – Luxembourg (Hybrid) – Japanese-Speaking Only

Plexus are working with an established global cryptocurrency exchange, with an active presence across APAC and EMEA markets.

They are currently looking for a Finance Lead / Head of Finance to manage the finance function within the business, reporting back to the team and stakeholders in Japan.

Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Manage financial operations for entire business, reporting to CFO
• Collaborate crossfunctionally with other teams across business, finance and operations
• Scale and manage internal finance team in Luxembourg

Requirements

• 3+ Year accounting background, fully fluent in US GAAP or IFRS
• Must speak Japanese at B2 Level (minimum)
• Must have understanding of crypto finance
