Head of Engineering – Web3 Infrastructure – UK/Europe (Hybrid – London) – $250k USD

Plexus are working with one of the leading technology infrastructure providers in the Web3 Space, aimed towards the banking and finance institutions leveraging cryptographic and blockchain-focused technology.

They have recently raised up to $15m in VC funding and have grown to 90+ members within their organisation. They are now looking for a Head of Engineering to own and manage their developer cohort. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead a midsize engineering team (10+) with different divisions focusing around different areas of product development and solution building
• Work within internal management and CSuite functions, aligning strategically and making decisions that further company growth
• Develop, implement and review core blockchain architecture, cryptography, and low-level development

Requirements

• Golang (Strong professional)
• Core blockchain development/architecture experience
• Experienced in managing small to mid-sized engineering teams
